The Antenna Hungária Zrt. was among the first in the telecommunications market to receive certification of its quality management system implemented in accordance with the new ISO 9001:2000 international standard. The certification covers nearly all of the Company's activities, broadcasting and program distribution, and telecommunications services.
We developed our processes also part of the quality management system according to the objectives, requirements and changes. In certification of this supervision audit performed by specialists of SGS Hungária Kft. was successfully completed. The scope of tasks subject to certification now include repair services as independent processes. Renewal of the certification confirms that Antenna Hungária Zrt. is quality-orientated and client-centred, the suitability of processes creating services, as well as management and support processes determining these.
Deliberate effort are made to ensure that approach of quality management and its standard process as per ISO 9001 effectively supports development, operation, evaluation, improvement and regulation of our processes. Evaluation of business processes, more precise measurement of client satisfaction levels, and analysis of operation management data made it possible to improve reliability and quality of our services using the information obtained in the course of in-house audits which are part of the system. Numerous goals implemented are also elements of our management system built on TQM philosophy. The reliable operation and continuous development of quality management system, as well as suitability of services, produce ample evidence for partners of our reliability, efficient and successful operation.
